How to Create Text Stickers

Sometimes a word says it all. Text stickers are perfect for quick reactions — "LOL," "BRB," "NOPE," or any phrase you want to use as a sticker. With Sticked, you can create custom text stickers with different fonts, colors, and styles.

What Are Text Stickers?

Text stickers are stickers that feature text as the main visual element. They can be a single word, a short phrase, or even a longer caption styled with fonts and colors. Think of them as reusable text messages you can send as stickers.

How to Create Text Stickers

1. Open a sticker pack

In Sticked, open an existing pack or create a new one. Tap + to add a new sticker.

2. Select Text as the source

Choose Text from the source options. This opens the text sticker editor.

3. Type your text

Enter the word or phrase for your sticker. Keep it short — one to three words works best for readability at sticker size.

4. Style it

Customize the look:

  • Font — choose from available font styles
  • Color — pick a text color that stands out
  • Background color — add a colored background or keep it transparent
  • Size — adjust how large the text appears

5. Save and use

Tap Save and your text sticker is added to the pack. Export to Telegram or WhatsApp to start using it.

Tips

  • Short is better — long sentences don't read well at sticker size
  • Bold fonts — thin fonts can be hard to see in chat
  • High contrast — dark text on light background or vice versa
  • Test the size — send yourself a test sticker to see how it looks in an actual conversation
  • Pair with image stickers — a mix of text and image stickers in one pack gives you more range
